Rent Ferrari Amalfi in Dubai

If you want a Ferrari that feels as comfortable on a long coastal drive as it does on a night out in Downtown, it makes sense to rent a Ferrari Amalfi in Dubai. Ferrari's newest front-engined V8 coupé replaces the Roma and keeps its elegant grand-touring character, with more power and a sharper look. It suits couples, business travellers and anyone who wants a refined, fast car rather than a track-focused one.

What makes the Ferrari Amalfi special

Ferrari unveiled the Amalfi in July 2025 as the successor to the Roma, and named it after the famous stretch of Italian coastline. The idea is the same as before: a modern grand tourer that is easy to live with every day, but with a proper Ferrari engine under the long bonnet.

Design

The front no longer has a traditional grille. Instead, a body-coloured wing seems to float above a dark band that hides the headlights and sensors, giving the car a clean, almost sculpted face. At the back, the tail lights sit inside graphic cuts in the bodywork, above a wide diffuser. An active rear spoiler is integrated into the rear screen line and stays out of sight until it is needed.

Engine and performance

The Amalfi uses a 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 from Ferrari's F154 engine family, with new turbo calibration. It produces 640 cv (631 hp), about 20 cv more than the Roma, and 760 Nm of torque. Power goes to the rear wheels through an 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox. Ferrari quotes 0-100 km/h in 3.3 seconds, 0-200 km/h in 9.0 seconds and a top speed of 320 km/h.

Technology and cabin

Inside, the Amalfi has a dual-cockpit layout, a digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch central touchscreen. Ferrari brought back physical buttons on the steering wheel, as well as a separate start button, which many drivers find easier to use than touch controls. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard. On the chassis side, the car gets brake-by-wire with ABS Evo, technology first used on Ferrari's more powerful models, plus Side Slip Control to help keep the car stable when you use the power. Some cars are fitted with an optional front lifter, which raises the nose at low speed – useful on steep hotel and mall ramps.

Driving the Amalfi in Dubai

The Amalfi is a grand tourer, so it is at its best on smooth roads and longer drives. A few routes our clients enjoy:

  • Sheikh Zayed Road – the main artery of the city, lined with the skyline of Downtown and Dubai Marina. Great for a first drive and for night views.
  • Jumeirah Beach Road – a slower, more relaxed drive past the beaches, Burj Al Arab and coffee spots where you can stop and park.
  • Palm Jumeirah – the drive along the trunk and out to the crescent is a classic photo route, especially near sunset.
  • Hatta and Jebel Jais – for a day trip, the mountain roads of Hatta or the long climb up Jebel Jais in Ras Al Khaimah show what the chassis and V8 can do.

Keep in mind that speed limits are strictly enforced across the UAE, with fixed and mobile cameras on most major roads. The car's performance is there to enjoy within the limits, not to test them on public roads.

Occasions that suit the Amalfi

Because it is elegant rather than loud, the Amalfi works well for events where style matters:

  • Weddings – an arrival car for the couple, or for the drive between ceremony and reception.
  • Business – meeting clients, attending events or simply arriving in comfort.
  • Photo and video shoots – its new design looks good from every angle and is still fresh on the street.
  • Birthdays and anniversaries – a gift experience for a day or a weekend.
  • Proposals – a sunset drive to the Palm or the desert, with the two-seat cabin keeping things personal.

For short events you can rent a Ferrari by the hour or day, while longer stays are usually better value on a weekly or monthly basis.

Rental requirements in Dubai

Requirements vary slightly between suppliers, but these are the usual conditions for a car like the Amalfi:

  • Minimum age – 21 years; for some high-performance models it can be higher, and we confirm it in your quote (see our rental conditions).
  • Driving licence – a valid licence. Tourists from many countries can drive on their home licence; others need an International Driving Permit together with their licence.
  • Documents – passport and visa or entry stamp for visitors; Emirates ID and UAE licence for residents.
  • Security deposit – a refundable deposit or a pre-authorisation on a credit card, released after the rental once tolls and fines have been checked.
  • Tolls and fines – Salik road tolls and any traffic fines are charged to the renter.
  • Insurance – comprehensive insurance is included in the rental; we explain the excess and conditions in the quote.
  • Mileage – there is a daily kilometre limit, and extra kilometres are charged.

Ferrari Amalfi vs Ferrari Roma

The Amalfi is the direct successor of the Ferrari Roma, so the two cars share the same basic layout: a front-mid-mounted twin-turbo V8, rear-wheel drive and a 2+ cabin. The differences are in the details:

  • Power – the Amalfi has 640 cv against the Roma's 620 cv, and it is slightly quicker, with 0-100 km/h in 3.3 seconds versus 3.4 seconds.
  • Design – the Roma has a mesh-style front grille, while the Amalfi has the new floating-wing nose and a cleaner rear.
  • Cabin – the Amalfi brings back physical steering wheel buttons and a start button, which many drivers prefer to the Roma's touch controls.
  • Brakes – the Amalfi adds brake-by-wire with ABS Evo.

If you simply want a stylish V8 Ferrari for a day, both are excellent choices. If you want the newest model on the road, the Amalfi is the one to ask for.
